The Test Technology Technical Council of the IEEE Computer Society is sponsoring a new Workshop focused on enabling and supporting development of open source test technology tools. This workshop, the IEEE International Workshop on Open Source Test Technology Tools, will debut on April 30 in Berkeley, in conjunction with the VLSI Test Symposium.
